Change Doesn’t Happen Alone
Every qualifying Reentry client is assigned a Success Coach, whose job it is to walk along- side the client to provide support and guidance throughout their journey.
The program seeks to heal the whole person through trauma-informed practices such as restor- ative circles. These tools shift the client’s view of themselves and the social obstacles that have kept them locked in a cycle of addiction and incarcer- ation.
